Easy Thyme Vinaigrette

by | Feb 4, 2021 | Dips & Sauces

Looking for a new salad dressing recipe to try? This Easy Thyme Vinaigrette won’t disappoint and pairs well with all kinds of salads.

I love a good salad dressing. One that has the perfect balance of flavours, pairs well with all kinds of salads, and is really easy to whip up. Bonus if it’s so good I could eat it by the spoonful (don’t judge me).

I first made this dressing to pair with my Chickpea Arugula Salad with Sautéed Peppers & Mushrooms (I realize now how long of a recipe name that is, ha). It’s seriously such a delicious salad; I highly recommend you give it a try!

How to Make Easy Thyme Vinaigrette

This Easy Thyme Vinaigrette is exactly that: easy. And seasoned with thyme. Which is delicious by the way. It’s also made with…

  • Olive oil
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • dried thyme

To make this salad dressing, all you need to do is add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk well. Or, what I like to do sometimes is just add them to a small mason jar, tighten on a lid, and shake vigorously until well combined. You’ll need to give it a shake before each use because the oil and vinegar will likely separate a bit.
