Salsa. Maybe the best thing to ever exist in the world of food. But even better is Avocado Salsa, combining two delicious worlds into one.
If I had to choose between guacamole or salsa, I don’t think I’d know which to choose. Which is kinda why I love this Avocado Salsa, because you get the best of both worlds. The zesty combo of tomato, pepper, cilantro and lime with the addition of creamy avocado chunks. It’s truly a wonderful pairing.
I rarely buy store-bought salsa anymore because it’s so easy to make yourself. Plus it tastes entirely different than what you get in a jar, and by different I mean so. much. fresher.
This Avocado Salsa goes splendidly with some classic corn chips, gluten-free crackers, or as a topping on some tacos or fajitas.
