Lemon Ginger Immune-Boosting Smoothie

A zesty smoothie full of Vitamin C rich lemon and ginger to soothe your throat and boost your immune system.

Ingredients

  • 1 pear, cored
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 inch chunk fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1-2 Swiss chard or kale leaves
  • 1/2 cup water add more water for thinner consistency

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 30-60 seconds. Transfer to glass and enjoy!

  2. Add in 2 ice cubes for a colder smoothie.
