Make oat flour easily at home with rolled oats!
Add 2 cups of rolled oats to a blender and blitz for about 20 seconds until you have a fine powder. Amount of oats can be adjusted depending on how much you need.
If the flour still has chunks of oat grain, blend for another 10-15 seconds.
Add to an airtight container or jar and store in a cool, dark place for 4 weeks or a little longer.
2 cups of oats will yield ~1.75 cups flour.
