Key Lime Smoothie

A creamy and tart key lime smoothie made with coconut milk and avocado

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 limes, juiced (use 1 lime for less sour)
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (roughly half a can)
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup water
  • small handful of baby spinach
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut, for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds. Pour into glass and enjoy right away! For fun, sprinkle with shredded coconut.
