A hearty, filling oatmeal made with plump raisins, cinnamon, chia seeds and walnuts.
Add oats and milk to pot and bring to a simmer. Add raisins, sea salt, coconut (or brown) sugar, and stir. Let cook a couple of minutes.
Stir in chia seeds and continue to cook on low until thickened.
Once cooked, transfer to bowl and top with sliced banana, crushed walnuts, and a splash of extra milk on top!
