An easy, delicious gnocchi dinner recipe with garlic, lemon, and broccoli.
Mince garlic and add to pan with olive oil. Sautee until fragrant.
Slice chicken breast into strips and add to pan with garlic. Cook until no longer pink, about 20 minutes.
Chop broccoli and add to pan with chicken. Cover with lid and let cook until broccoli is tender, about 5-10 minutes.
Add gnocchi to boiling water and remove after about 3 minutes, once they begin to float. Drain and add to pan with chicken and broccoli. Stir.
Stir everything together gently with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of 1/2 lemon. If mixture seems dry or sticky, add another 1-2 tbsp of olive oil.
Serve with extra lemon wedges.
