Creamy Apple Cider Vinegar & Basil Dressing

A creamy blend of apple cider vinegar, basil and tahini to make all your fresh green salads burst with flavour.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 4 tsp tahini *optional but delicious!

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to bowl except oil and combine.

  2. Slowly incorporate the olive oil into mixture while whisking. This helps emulsify the vinegar + oil evenly.

  3. Use right away or store in airtight container in fridge for up to 4 weeks.
