I’m usually really hungry throughout the day, but by following these recipes and healthy snack options I’ve felt comfortably full. Food has also been tasting a lot better with eliminating sugar and I’ve found that following this challenge along with starting yoga this past week, my emotional state has been less “up and down”!

What kinds of foods will I be eating?

This challenge is a completely whole foods based program and involves recipes for fresh homemade meals involving vegetables, meats, fish and eggs, nuts and seeds, select gluten-free grains (with paleo options) and select fruit.

I have dietary restrictions. Is this program suitable for me?

This challenge is 100% gluten-free and dairy-free with many paleo modifications available. Tweaks or modifications to recipes can easily be made to suit your needs!

I'm vegetarian/vegan. Can I take this challenge?

The 7-Day Sugar Free Challenge is not a vegetarian or vegan program. Although many vegan substitutions can be made within recipes (e.g. cooking with tofu instead of chicken) instructions are not included.
