lemon ginger smoothie

After coming down with a sore throat a couple weeks ago, I was craving lemon and ginger – two of the best things to help soothe a scratchy throat and boost the immune system! Pears are in season right now here in Ontario, so I paired (…paired the pear…ha!) with lemon and ginger to create the ultimate immune boosting smoothie. It’s so fresh and zesty, your immune system and throat will love it.
I give credit to this smoothie for helping me feel better very fast! I must have made about 10 of these in just a couple days.
