If you like guacamole and you also like quick to prepare dishes, then this recipe is for you! It’s my favourite since it’s just a few simple ingredients but still so good.
I’ve been in love with fresh, homemade guacamole these days. It makes the ultimate snack and it’s perfect for entertaining. Homemade guac is as healthy as can be, featuring an array of nutrients including happy avocado fats, antibacterial garlic and onion, and detox-friendly, antioxidant rich cilantro. Plus it’s super hearty and super satisfying.
There are dozens of variations of guacamole and all kinds of ways to mix it up. I’m all about keeping things simple, though, so here’s my favourite way to make it – with a small handful of fresh, flavourful, wholesome goodies.
